The funds raised will enable us to accelerate the Group's growth momentum around three objectives: expanding our production capacity, continuing to invest in disruptive technological innovation, and strengthening our international presence.

Every day, we pursue a French industrial ambition, based on excellence and precision, serving the world's leading semiconductor equipment manufacturers facing major technological innovation challenges to address end markets related to AI, defense, and healthcare, among others.
